James M. Harden, Jr. is the founder and Director for Youth E.T.E.R.N.A.L. Working with youth since 1989, he
has filled the roles of counselor, mentor, coach and family mediator. He is a former US Army, military policeman
who served through the Panama Just Cause and Desert Storm. He dedicated twelve (12) years of service to
the Savannah Police Department as an Police Officer in Savannah, Georgia.
He is currently a member of Leadership Las Vegas with the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. Manages the
Urban League of Las Vegas Exoffender Mentoring program, He is Vice President on the Board of Directors for
The Chronicle and is serving his ninth (9) year on the Board for S.A.F.E. House of Henderson. He also is a
journalist for The Answer, a Las Vegas Christian Newspaper. Harden holds an Associate’s degree in Speech
Communications, and a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministries.
